History - Established in 2004

My parents came from Sicily in 1969 with very limited knowledge of the restaurant business, however with an amazing marinara sauce and incredible work ethic, they had to give it a try. The American Dream was theirs for the taking. Today, 42 years later and 22 successful restaurants the Trupiano family is still going strong. Currently owning and operating 3 restaurants. Trupiano's in Fallbrook is owned and operated by the youngest son Faro who will soon be celebrating his 7th year on Main Street in Fallbrook. Faro is also merging with his father down at Dominic's in the Oceanside Harbor and expanding the current operation to feature a new wine bar and Italian Cafe. Come Check us out...

Meet the Business Owner

My name is Faro Trupiano owner and operator of Trupiano's Italian Bistro in Fallbrook. My objective has always been to be on site as much as possible. I love the interaction with my customers, knowing them by name and vice versa. I also wait tables. Waiting tables keeps me interacting with my guests. I also do all my own catering, I want to make sure everything is perfect.
